Boiler Service

Prepare for the colder months by taking advantage of Summit Truck Equipment’s Boiler Services. Our qualified technicians will inspect and repair damaged components on any model of boiler. Whether your boiler isn’t firing or the coil is leaking, our team has you covered. We also recommend a complete annual boiler service, which includes installing a new fuel nozzle and fuel filter, inspecting and adjusting electrodes, replacing the CAD cell, and performing an acid flush as needed. To ensure proper winterization, we’ll also inspect, clean, and refill glycol tanks for optimal system performance."

Boom Repair and Service

Summit Truck Equipment understands that each hydrovac part plays its own important role. Our experienced technicians will replace worn deflector plates with ease so they can continue shielding hydrovac filters from debris.

Transfer case service

Water system service

Our reliable service team will inspect your entire water system, including tanks, wash pumps, hose reels, and dig wands, to ensure proper function and working pressure. We’ll also complete any necessary repairs to get you back on the job quickly and efficiently.

Annual Safeties

To keep your unit on the road, an annual safety inspection is essential. Summit Truck Equipment is a licensed CVIP repair facility, with experienced technicians dedicated to ensuring your truck is operating safely and efficiently — all in a timely manner.

SPIF Certification and Installation

For our customers to meet the Ontario weight laws, Summit is certified to install and calibrate all SPIF axles and provide a SPIF 21 or 23 certification.

Fleet Maintenance

Summit can take care of all your fleet maintenance and repairs, Drop in for drive through repairs and call for on road repairs.

Oil Services

We’ll service your engine, oil, fuel filters, coolant levels, and power steering system, as well as perform a rear-end service that includes the boiler, blower, wash pump, and transfer case. To finish, we’ll grease the entire unit to keep everything running smoothly.
